Aims: define what a element is.
Explore taking the dynamic of an element into your body.
What is an element? Something that builds up to something.
Natural element: Fire, water, earth and air.
"We are like marble, every character is there waiting to be carved out and created" - Leonardo Di Vinci
Meaning, we are all the same but we have things that build us up differently.
Happiness, Sadness, love, fear and anger.
In todays lesson we had the feeling with earth, fire, water and air. I found this was good but there was a lot of contrast in it.
I found it hard because having fire and love was a big contrast. This made it hard to do.
Really nice reflections in this entry, about the quote by Leonardo Di Vinci. Remember to identify your strengths and weaknesses in sessions and to use them in order to set targets for yourself in the next rehearsal.
ReplyDeleteAlso how did the work on elements help you develop your character later on in the process? What element do you think princess Parizade was? What level of tension do you think the Old Woman in 'The Story of The Woman Who Wouldn't Eat' was?
